Total Systems Control, Inc.  (TSC) was founded in 1997 by Rob Stosic, though Rob has been successful in the bar/restaurant industry since 1988, working to be a leader in liquor and draft beer dispensing/control equipment.  Rob trained to become a certified BERG dealer, ultimately building his own company, TSC, to meet the needs of the hospitality industry, including expanding the company’s product line to include:  Cash register/POS systems, age/ID verification products, guest/server paging systems, electronic draft beer line cleaning systems and various other beverage and bar-related products.  

TSC has rapidly developed in its infancy due to a rigorous growth strategy and commitment to excellence, making TSC a premiere, authorized dealer for BERG Company, Samsung Cash Register Systems, BLM2000 Technologies, TriCom Card Technologies, CardCom Technologies, and Long Range Systems in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and parts of Maryland.  

TSC is dedicated to strengthening its position in the many markets it serves by providing leading-edge technology that will empower our customers with effective, attainable solutions for improving service and product delivery, and maximizing revenues.  TSC takes pride in its high level of customer service, underscoring our commitment to quality and dedication to continuous improvement. TSC began as a home-based business, with Rob quickly working hands-on to build the headquarters, completed in 1999, located in Large, Pennsylvania.

 Rob is a member of the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association.  He and his companies have an unfailing reputation in the market.  In fact, Rob has been requested on many occasions to travel outside of his territories to assist fellow dealers in consultation, installation, and service.  TSC is a “preferred vendor” for choice national and corporate accounts, (international airports, gaming/casino, etc.)  The customer base ranges from national account chains to neighborhood bar/restaurants to residential homes.  

TSC is also the parent company of Jordan Draft Service, established in December 2001.  Jordan Draft Service specializes in cleaning and maintaining draft beer lines is bars and restaurants in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas of Western Pennsylvania .  JDS is staffed with the finest service technicians in the draft line cleaning business today.
